By Phone

Call our Box Office on 02380 711811 - the lines are open as follows:

Day	Opening times
Monday to Saturday	9.30am (10am Fridays) to 8.30pm
The phone lines close at 5.30pm on Saturdays when there is no performance

In Person

You can buy tickets in person from The Mayflower Box Office in Commercial Road or from ticket south at the information desk in WestQuay shopping centre. Opening times are as follows:

Monday to Saturday	9.30am to 8.00pm
When there is no performance, the Box Office closes at 6.00pm on weekdays and at 5.30pm on Saturdays

Booking fees may apply
Postage is free - tickets purchased by phone, post, fax or online are sent by second class post
If the performance is within fourteen days, tickets will be held for collection at the Mayflower Box Office
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch), American Express and Diners Club cards over the phone and in person
No cheques will be accepted within seven days of the performance without a Cheque Guarantee card
Please make cheques payable to 'The Mayflower'

Tickets for productions at The Mayflower are sold subject to the terms and conditions of The Mayflower. Tickets for events at venues other than The Mayflower are sold subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter or venue. Contact the promoter or venue for full terms and conditions.

Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange your tickets for Mayflower shows for another performance of the same production at the same value subject to availability (seven days notice required). There is a handling charge of £1 per ticket.

We cannot give refunds for, nor re-sell, any tickets sold through The Mayflower or its agents.
